Large International Manufacturing Company needs CNC GRINDING Machine Operators for their manufacturing Plant. This a TEMP TO HIRE, long term career opportunity.

REQUIREMENTS: Primary responsibilities include setup and operation of CNC GRINDING Machine Tools.

Must be proficient with operating and setting up CNC GRINDING equipment and have a good understanding of ID and OD grinding.

The CNC GRINDING Machine Operator produces machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating a CNC machine; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies.

Set-up and operate grinding machines for production machining jobs in the department, manufacturing parts in according with blue prints, Creating, opening, and saving programs, Assisting in designing grinding and tooling fixtures, Assist in improving efficiency with appropriate spindle speeds and feeds, Adhering to the approved preventative maintenance program, Troubleshooting to determine and correct problems/issues, Run tooling, inspection gauges and special projects, as assigned on the grinding machine, Keep tooling cabinet organized and current, Recommends items related to evaluation, continuous improvement and departmental improvements for work flow, procedures, etc., confirm conformance of finished work to specifications, maintaining safety and quality standards, maintaining equipment. Valid Driver's License required, your own reliable transportation required.
