A growing Rubber Custom Profile Extrusion Company (Kent Tallmadge, OH Area) needs a Rubber Extrusion Production Supervisor to manage production line employees. This is a TEMP to HIRE long term career position.

Requirements: At least 5 to 10 years Hands on Rubber Custom Profile Extrusion experience, using proper set up, start up, continuous operation, die change overs, check quality of of profiles for size, shape, density, duro, skin quality, output of line speed (FPM/FPH), use of ruler, cutting gauge, calipers, read Blueprints, accurate paperwork for job, perform accurate weight checks for footage. Prefer Production Supervisor experience, in order to operate various positions on the production line when staff is on vacation or calls off.

Need to ensure an efficient production process, ensure all profiles are produced and packaged to specification.

Make sure all production goals and deadlines are met and that progress reporting is continuous throughout the production shift.

Ensure that all line operators (on Scheduled Production Line) comply with the company's Health and Safety Procedures, Rules, and regulations. Continue ongoing training with employees and timely reviews of personnel.

Maintain Quality per Company's ISO Standards.

Need excellent math and computer skills.

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Prefer some college or degree in Polymer Science, Chemistry, Business, Management, etc.

Steel Toed Shoes or Boots required.

Valid Driver's License required, need own transportation.

Drug and Felony free workplace.

Background check, drug test required.

Excellent attendance required.

Fulltime: 1ST Shift 6:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday - Thursday.

Pay Rate: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour depending on experience and interview.
