Experienced Custom Rubber Profile Extruder Operators needed for TEMP to HIRE position for Kent Tallmadge, OH Area Rubber Sponge, and Silicone Profile Extrusion Company.

Requirements: At least 3 years, prefer 5 years or more Work Experience as a Rubber Profile Extrusion Operator using proper set-up, start-up, continuous operation, die change overs, check quality of profiles for size, shape, density, duro, skin quality, output of line speed (FPM/FPH), use ruler, cutting gauge, calipers, read Blueprints, accurate paperwork for job, perform accurate weight checks for footage.

Steel Toed Shoes or Boots.

Valid Driver's License required, Forklift driving experience, a plus.

Need own transportation.

High School Diploma or Equivalent, read, write, math, computer literate, read Blueprints.

Drug and Felony free workplace.

Background check, drug test required.

Excellent attendance required.

$12.00 per hour to start DOE. TEMP to HIRE.

Full Time: 1st Shift 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday.
