Plastic Resin Distributor needs Pulverizing Operators in their fast paced, multi-tasking factory to operate plastic pellet Pulverizing Machine line, including machine set up, clean out, and mill adjustments, packaging, bulk transfer, operating rail pumps, blenders, loading and unloading railcars, bulk tanker trucks, Gaylord's, Super Sacks, and bags.
This is a TEMP to HIRE long term career opportunity.
Requirements: Need to follow written pulverizing and packaging instructions to properly complete orders to ensure an efficient production process, ensure all pulverized resins are fed to Silo's, Hoppers, or other feeding devices properly and packaged to specification.
Need to be able to climb ladders on Silo's and Trucks, not afraid of heights.
Need to be able to lift 55 lb. bags.
Need to be able to drive Forklifts, prior warehouse and Forklift experience preferred.
Prior Plastics Resin or Pulverizing experience preferred.
Need excellent communication skills to communicate with other Operators, Production Supervisors, and other plant personnel.
Need excellent hand writing skills for required paperwork, need excellent math skills, add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Good working knowledge of Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred.
High School diploma preferred.
Steel Toed leather foot ware with slight heel required.
Valid Driver's License required, need own reliable transportation.
Drug and Felony free workplace.
Smoking and Tobacco free workplace, no tobacco, no alcohol, no drugs on property.
Background check, drug test required.
No Cellphones in plants.
Excellent attendance required.
Fulltime: Start Training on 1ST Shift (6 or 7 am - 2:30 or 3:30 pm) Monday - Friday, permanent 2ND Shift 3:30 pm - 12:00 am Monday - Friday, some overtime and Saturday's required.
Pay Rate: $12.00 - $15.00 ph Depending on experience and interview.
